The Advocate

Rahul Panwar

Adv. Rahul Panwar is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, practising since 2006. His chamber sits inside the Rohini District Court complex in Sector 14 — the court that serves North-West Delhi, from Rohini and Pitampura to Shalimar Bagh, Narela and Bawana.

The practice is built around litigation rather than paperwork. Roughly two-thirds of the work is criminal — bail applications, trials and appeals — with the remainder in matrimonial, property and commercial recovery matters. Where a client's problem needs a specialist forum, whether that is the Delhi High Court, a consumer commission, MACT or a tribunal, the matter is carried there rather than handed off.

What clients most often mention is the plain speaking. A case is described as it is: the section invoked, the punishment it carries, the defence available, the realistic timeline in a Delhi district court, and whether settlement would serve them better than a decade of dates.

Why Clients Stay

How This Chamber Is Different

Argued Personally

Your matter is prepared and argued by the advocate you met, not silently passed to a junior on the day of hearing.

Written Fee Estimate

Professional fees, court fees and process expenses are set out in writing before work begins. Nothing is added later without discussion.

Same-Day Updates

What happened at the hearing, what the next date is, and what is required from you — sent on WhatsApp the same evening.

Emergency Response

Arrest, police custody or remand does not wait for office hours. Urgent calls are answered outside working hours.

Settlement First

Where mediation or compounding gets you a better result faster, that is advised — even though a long trial would earn more.

Complete Confidentiality

Documents and conversations are privileged and are never discussed outside the chamber, including with family members.
